2024 Health Professions Fair

Of course, we wish that we could have an unlimited number of schools represented at the fair, but unfortunately, we have limited spacing. Due to this, The University of Texas at Austin Health Professions Fair gives priority registration to Texas Professional Schools.

Invitations were sent to all Texas schools in November.

If you did not receive an invitation, please email brooke.sheetz@austin.utexas.edu or fill out this form and we will contact you with the registration information.

 Texas Schools:

• Early Registration until December 22nd - $200
• Regular Registration - $225

Out of State Schools: $250

International Schools: $550

The fair cannot be possible without the help of our sponsors! If you would like to add on a sponsorship level to your initial registration, you will be able to do so during the regisgtration process. Any contribution is greatly appreciated!

• Registration Levels:
  • Longhorn Package - $500.00 in addition to registration fees
    • Includes direct access to over 600 UT Austin health professions students in one location, at one time
    • Contrasting drapery color at your booth to recognize your sponsorship
    • Spotlight ad run through Facebook, Instagram and Twitter in teh weeks leading up to the fair
  • Orange Jackets Package - $1000.00 in addition to registration fees
    • Includes direct access to over 600 UT Austin health professions students in one location, at one time
    • Contrasting drapery color at your booth to recognize your sponsorship
    • Spotlight ad run through Facebook, Instagram and Twitter in the weeks leading up to the fair
    • Recognition for sponsoring the food (breakfast or lunch)
  • Bevo Package - $2,000.00 in addition to registration fees
    • Includes direct access to over 600 UT Austin health professions students in one location, at one time
    • Premier booth location at the event, with contrasting drapery color to recognize your sponsorship
    • Spotlight ad run through Facebook, Instagram and Twitter in the weeks leading up to the fair
    • Recognition for sponsoring the food (breakfast or lunch)
    • Plasma screen placement across campus in advance of this event recognizing your organization as a health professions fair sponsor, visible by all students, staff and visitors on campus
    • Strategic placement of company logo on event publicity and recognition on our website
    • Company Logo will be added on to the Health Professions Fair Banner that will be hanging on campus and will be visible by all students, staff and visitors
  • Hook'Em Package - $4,000.00 - in addition to registration fees
    • Includes direct access to over 600 UT Austin health professions students in one location, at one time
    • Premier booth location at the event, with contrasting drapery color to recognize your sponsorship
    • Spotlight ad run through Facebook, Instagram and Twitter in the weeks leading up to the fair
    • Recognition for sponsoring the food (breakfast or lunch)
    • Plasma screen placement across campus in advance of this event recognizing your organization as a health professions fair sponsor, visible by all students, staff and visitors on campus
    • Strategic placement of company logo on event publicity and recognition on our website
    • Company Logo will be added on to the Health Professions Fair Banner that will be hanging on campus and will be visible by all students, staff and visitors
    • Full page ad recognizing your company that is given to students as they enter the fair
    • Personal Instagram Take Over in the weeks leading up the the event (Date(s) to be discussed)

As we get closer to the event, each registered organization will be emailed a parking pass and directions to be used on the day of the event.
