Our email responses are for general inquiries related to the office or general student support. Students, please note that we do not evaluate or review academic records via email. If you have a question that requires a review of your academic record or classes, please schedule an appointment or come to one of your assigned virtual drop-ins.
Appointments & Virtual Drop-Ins:
Appointments are available at varying times during our office hours. They are based on coach availability, which can be found and scheduled in 12Twenty@Texas, the career management platform for UT Austin. Appointments are currently available for currently enrolled students and recent UT Austin graduates (within 1 year post-graduation).
**At this time, UT Alumni, Prospective Post-Baccalaureate, and other fee-based appointments are not available.
Virtual drop-ins are assigned by in-residence UT Austin credit. To find your scheduled time(s), please search “HPO Virtual Drop-Ins” on 12Twenty@Texas in the events tab. HPO does not offer in-person drop-in availability.
